Staff was friendly, but there weren't many available on the floor for help. I wanted this to be a quick visit, and signage was lacking or not clear for the section I was looking for. My quick visit turned out to be a bit longer than expected.

Declining customer service over the past year or so. Recently, 3 Staff members ignored the fact that I needed help, despite my asking nicely. One, a mature aged woman who I thought may have been more sympathetic to the fact that I was physically struggling, actually said "No" and smirked. Very disappointing!!

Had a tall friendly young man serve me today with wonderful customer service. Very pleased especially as a lot of the big department stores lack customer service these days. Thank you Big W. Will return again.

Highly recommended BIG W party store for balloon orders. It was quick and easy to order with a great variety of customisable templates, the staff were very helpful in designing and customising options. Reasonable pricing comparatively with other balloon shops. Two weeks after picking up the balloons, the foil balloons are still floating.

I found everything was pretty good the 3 staff members that I asked for help on where to find a particular item were very helpful in fact one of them walked around to where the item I was looking for was hanging. The store was clean and very well stocked so I had no problems getting what I wanted. They have a very good choice for male and female clothing whether it was adult or child an amazing amount of name brand runners. So my day with my wife and boys was great we all walked out with exactly what we went in to buy. Their electric department was excellent, plenty of choice on all household appliances and a good entertainment area with a wide choice for many there were TVs gaming consoles, everything from computer peripherals to mobile phones. The sports section had plenty. All sorts of sports were catered for, too much to list. It's a very reasonable priced store catering for people from all walks of life.
